SHIPPING POLICY

  1. HOW MUCH TIME WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE DELIVERED?
    All orders received are shipped within 1-4 business days once its shipped, it usually takes 7-8 business days.
  2. HOW MANY CITIES DO YOU SHIP ?
    We ship pan India through our website.
  3. SHIPPING CHARGES ?
    100rs and it varies on bases of the weightage of the product.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

  • We only provide exchange
  • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc
    In case of an exchange; the Delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for charges i.e ?200
  • The customer must initiate a exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Raise a request for Exchange by writing to us at [email protected] along with the Order ID. Shipping charged is non-refundable.
  • Items must be sent in original condition and non-damaged. Exchange will be initiated within 5 business days of receipt of item(s). once we check the quality/condition of the returned item.
  • In case the return package is lost or undelivered, eleven will not compensate for the same.
  • Products purchased on discount or sale are not eligible for exchange.
  • In the rare case of a customer receiving a damaged order, please click an image of the package and decline to accept the package. Share this with our team at [email protected] . In case the customer accepts the damaged order from the delivery executive, Curated Findings will not be able to compensate for any damages or lost of content in the package due to restrictions in the rules of the shipping company.

MISCELLANEOUS

I want to place and order but I don’t want any price tag or invoice attached as it is a gift for someone. Is it possible???

  • We have to leave the tags intact in case the person you’re gifting faces any issues and would like to return the product.
  • It is not possible to detach the invoices and tags but if you call us immediately after placing the order, our team can help you out.
  • If you want to add a note to the gift, please email the note to us at [email protected] and immediately call us on our number so, that we can add it before the order is shipped. Please note that the character limit for the note is 250 characters.
